This is one of most practical meals I’ve ever made
It’s really simple plus so delicious

Pancar Turşusu – Pickled Beetroot
1200gram pancar
5 iri diş sarımsak, ben ezdim, siz dilim de yapabilirsiniz
yarım su bardağı sirke
1,5 çorba kaşığı tuz

1200gram beetroot
5 large cloves of garlic, I mashed the garlic, you can slice if you like
half a cup of grape vinegar
1,5 dessert spoon of salt

Afiyet olsunnn :)))

renkler yıkılıyooo :))

I boiled the beetroots in the pan with the water level above the beetroot until soft ( be careful not to overcook)
I mixed the garlic, vinegar and salt in an appropriate jar for the amount,
I waited for the beetroot and its juice to cool,
Then I peeled the beetroot and sliced them in 2-3 cm big, added them to the jar,
I strained the juice from a thin filter and added to the jar
The juice was 2-3 cm over the beetroot, closed the lid,
After 3-4 days they were perfectly ready to be eaten :))))
enjoy your pickles :))))
